Horsehair & Saggar Fired Christmas Tree Ornament

Handmade Christmas Tree Ornament with Hook 
 
These ornaments are cut from a slab of clay, bisque fired, and then placed in a "saggar" (container) with horsehair, beach grasses, soluble salts, oxides and combustibles before firing again in my backyard raku kiln. This method of firing creates unique markings on each of the pieces contained within the saggar. Each item is unique and supplies are limited to what is shown as available in the drop-down menu.
